WELCOME BACK:  We have at least a month to study about our Lord before another break.  We are looking forward to working with you to learn about God and our Church.

GOOD SHEPHERD: Our confirmation candidates will be traveling again to the Good Shepherd Center this Saturday to learn about the mission of the center and to serve the poor.  We will be leaving the Pastoral Center no later than 1030.  As always, we will need drivers to help transport the kids.  Please pray that they have an enlightening experience.

GOOD SHEPHERD COLLECTION:  We are collecting travel size shampoos, soaps, toothpaste and mouthwash as well as combs, disposable razors, men’s socks, gloves, scarves and hats to help the Good Shepherd Center replenish their supplies.  We will be collecting these items for the next two weeks.  If you would like to contribute, please bring your gifts by the religious education office anytime from 8-4 weekdays, 5:30 – 8 pm on Wednesdays or 8am-1pm on Sundays.  Thank you for your generosity!

OPEN HOUSE:  Small school…big opportunity!  St Therese School will be having an open house on Thursday, 2 February beginning at 10 am.  If you are interested in a great education for your children, please stop by to check out our facilities and teachers.  We are located at 311 Shropshire Place NW, just south of Candelaria between 2nd and 4th streets.  Please call 344-4479 for more information.

FOOD AND CLOTHING DRIVE: We will continue to collect non-perishable food products and clean, gently used clothes for distribution to the Orphanages, Good Shepherd Center, St Felix’ Pantry, St Martin’s and other worthy organizations that support the poor.  Please drop them off at the Religious Ed office any weekday before 3 pm.  If the R.E. Office is closed, leave them with Rose in the front office. Thank you!
