PARENTS, IF YOU HAVE MOVED OR CHANGED PHONE NUMBERS since you registered your children, please contact the office at 898-5253, Ext 1. It becomes very costly for the church when we send notices via mail to the wrong address.

Also, registering with the parish does not register your children in religious education or registering your children in religious education does not register you with the parish.

Welcome to the religious education program for Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary! We encourage you to share your faith experiences with us as catechists to help us serve the needs of all your religious education needs. Whether you are a parent with children or an adult in search of information for yourself, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Remembering that the parents are the first and primary teachers of their children, we are here to help you accomplish your faith goals within your families.  Our program includes catechism for children from Pre-K through High School including the sacraments of Baptism for children older than the age of reason, Holy Eucharist, Confirmation and Adult Confirmation, Youth Group, and the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

Our children’s program for 2011-2012 began on 28 August and runs through 16 May 2012. Instruction for baptism of older children and adult confirmation will begin at the end of February 2012 and culminate at Easter.
Youth group begins on 2 October and RCIA will begin on 13 September. All RCIA candidates will be welcomed into the church at the Easter Vigil.

Please check out our programs by clicking on the links above.  We are always available to answer questions at 898-5253, ext 1 or 2.  If we are not in the office, leave a message and we will contact you when we return. (2011-2012 Parent Handbook)

Thank you and welcome to our program.
